    Do you have creative buddies you'd like to catch up with but don't have the space at home? Why not hire the Makerspace for your next catch up, BYO nibble's, TV available for music or watching your favorite show. A versatile place to host a gathering.

  • Bayside Makerspace offers a unique and vibrant location for hosting:

    • A quiet place to gather your thoughts!

    Hire includes full access to the main area of the Makerspace featuring purpose-built craft tables, a TV screen for presenting, showing a birds eye view of your live work, online meetings, Bluetooth speakers, free wifi, whiteboards, a tea and coffee trolley, and bathroom facilities. It can accommodate small creative workshops of 1 to 10 people seated at the tables, and seating for up to 15 people is available if tables are not required.

    Bayside Makerspace reserves its right to decline requests for hiring the premises for purposes that do not align with its values.

    Marketing
    Although the Hire Fee is just for the space we will help you promote your event by:
    🤳🏼Sharing some of your social media posts that Bayside Makerspace is tagged in.
    🪧Poster in the Makerspace street window (you to provide)

    3 Hour Block Hire - $80

    Full Day Hire 9am to 5pm - $150

    Extended Day Hire 9am to 9pm - $220

    Hire Packs

    Buy 3 Hire Passes get 10% off (valid 6 months)

    Buy 5 Hire Passes get 1 free (valid 6 months)

    Additional discounts for regular bookings (no cancellations or make-ups for regular bookings as the Makerspace will have scheduled it's Workshops around your regular time slot.

    BOND $200 per hire date returned within 2 business days upon inspection

    Investment: $65

    Creative Workshops “Third Hand”
    Do you need a hand? Hire me for your Workshop to do what you need!
    Examples:
    🌟Hostess: Welcoming guests & facilitating engagement
    🌟Assistant: during the workshop to you or participants
    🌟iPhone Photographer: Taking photos/videos for marketing materials (raw files sent to you)
    🌟Third Hand: The hand you wish you had when you need during the workshop!
    🌟Play DJ
    Investment: $55 per hour

  • I will do a little happy dance that you have chosen Bayside Makerspace as your venue and then once I calm down I will jump on the computer and send you an invoice and our booking agreement/contract and then you will complete all the questions and deposit your payment and you will be booked!!

    If there is any date clashes or alike I will reach out personally to see what/when we can accomodate.
